Reservations Guarantee Policy
Go Stay Asia are systematically operated, if your confirmed reservation at the hotel (that have been issued a hotel voucher or sent e-mail confirmation to you) is not room available and can not allow you to check-in when you arrived as mention in a hotel voucher and the hotel have not similar other room types or higher are available. Please immediately contact our Customer Service Center at the contact number on your hotel voucher. We will arrange a room at another convenient hotel for you and Go Stay Asia will pay for the first night’s stay, equivalent to the actual cost of 1 night stay based on the original reservation,
Go Stay Asia is guaranteed the reservation for arrival on the confirmed check-in date which evidently appears in a hotel voucher or confirmed e-mail. If you don’t check -in at the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert Go Stay Asia in advance, the remaining portion of your reservation may not receive any refund.

Cancellation Policy
Any Cancellation must be notified to Go Stay Asia aware at least 6 working days before arrival. If less than 6 working days will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night charge.

- No Show Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 1 night cancellation free.
- Amendment Any amendment your period or length of stay may also result in a cancellation charge. The hotel maybe requests shortened stay or revised dates.
Noted: Any cancellation your reservation, No Show and Amendment / Shortening during the high season, periods of high occupancy your confirmation may result in a penalty charge being imposed by the hotel. If a penalty is incurred this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Unless stated otherwise above, in case of cancellations received prior to the period or dates mentioned above will incur bank processing fee, as per bank policy.
