Cancellation & No Show Policy
- Full refund if cancelled made more than 216 hours or 9 working days prior to arrival.
- Any cancellationreceived within 192 hours - 24 hours or 8-1 working days prior to arrival will be incur 50% of one room night charged as penalty fees.
- Any Cancellation received on day of arrival will be incur 1st charged as penalty fees.
- Early check-out will be charged as penalty fees by hotel policies.
- Early check-in (before the official 02.00 p.m. check-in time) room must be booked the previous night with an one night will be charged.
- No Show 1st night will be charged as penalty.

Swimming Pool
A large free-form pool meanders round lush greenery which is located next to the main lobby area of the Resort, while the Beach Resort Apartments enjoy a 25-meter lap pool for the serious swimmers with a kids' pool alongside.
Pool Bar
The Bamboo Bar A tropical looking Bamboo Hut right located on the front of the Resort, overlooking the National Park. Opens from 12 noon till late at night, serving cocktails, mocktails, wine-coolers, beers, wine as well as snacks and sandwiches. Enjoy the cool breeze of the Andaman Sea and relax with a wide selection of music.
